REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE ITEM / PRODUCT “THE MAGIC BOX”
No refunds, returns, or exchanges, however in the case that “The Magic Box” is software defective upon delivery, photo/video evidence and troubleshooting is required within 72 hours of the delivery time.
ALL OTHER REFUNDS/RETURNS
If you have received an incorrect or a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via our Contact Us Page. If for whatever reason we decide to refund your product at our discretion a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer if and only if we find that the product is in fact NOT a defective product. Defective products are almost nearly impossible and very unlikely.
